Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. If you need your order by a specific date, please specify in the "Special Instructions" box during your checkout process or contact us and we will do the best we can to expedite your order.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items with the exception of Crown Automotive parts.

Minimum ground shipping charge for Crown Automotive parts is $14.00 for items less than $100.00. For items $100.00 or more the shipping charge is $6.00 plus 8% of the price of the item. For orders with multiple Crown Automotive parts, you will likely only pay shipping once due to consolidated shipping. Some items may be oversized (i.e. bumpers fenders) and require an additional charge. For Next Day or 2nd Day Air please contact us so we can determine the additional shipping charge as well as expedite your order.

International Customers
International shipping for items up to 70 pounds (31.82 Kg) is now available to 190 countries thanks to the United States Postal Service. Please contact us so we can determine international shipping rates. Any fees incurred in the destination country will be taken care of by the consignee.
Due to the risky nature of doing business
abroad, all international purchases must be made via Paypal.com for
orders of $500.00 US or less. For orders greater than $500.00 US, payment
must be made by bank wire transfer. Please contact us for more
information.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact our
main office
within 30 days of purchase for return instructions and a full refund. Any items that have been opened are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All warranties are at the discretion of the manufacturer. Refunds will not include shipping costs.
